Like all software from the soundlab (sndpeek, chuck, marsyas), the 
audicle will be free and open-source.

Thanks to all who volunteered to beta-test!!!  We will spam when the 
time is near (sometime in november).

In the meantime, it would be helpful for potential testers (and anyone 
else who is interested) to work with chuck in the current command line 
mode of working.  The contrast between this and the audicle approach 
will be an essential topic to get feedback.
