Forgive me, I'm still a bit confused.
$ amidi -l
Device Name
hw:0,0 M Audio Delta 1010LT MIDI
hw:1,0,0 Midisport 2x2 MIDI 1
hw:1,0,1 Midisport 2x2 MIDI 2

Does this mean that sysexxer should capture /dev/midi for the the korg 
through the delta 1010 on hw:0,0?
