Actually I've tried to run the version of ardour that came with SuSE and couldn't get it to cooperate at all. Just noticed that SuSE 9.2 comes with jack-rack, but am sticking to my decision to wait until 9.3/10 to upgrade (for the moment). Thanks for the advice. -- David Haggett
