No.
One input = one channel. Don't confuse balanced with stereo.

The 4x4 analogs on the Delta 66 are equivalent to two stereo inputs +
two stereo outputs.
Must have been an error in the article. I would expect the author to be
on this list, so perhaps let's just wait for an errata?
