Read about making a valid TOC when exporting from Ardour on
http://ardour.org/manual/export:cdtoc
You don't need Ardour to make a TOC btw. You can write one by hand and
it would read like this:

--------------------------------
CD_DA
CD_TEXT {
  LANGUAGE_MAP {
    0 : EN
  }
  LANGUAGE 0 {
    TITLE "9_lieder"
  }
}

TRACK AUDIO
COPY
NO PRE_EMPHASIS
CD_TEXT {
  LANGUAGE 0 {
     TITLE "Hausmeisterin"
  }
}
FILE "/home/tina/music/9_lieder/9_lieder.wav"  00:00:00 01:41:68
START 00:01:37

TRACK AUDIO
COPY
NO PRE_EMPHASIS
CD_TEXT {
  LANGUAGE 0 {
     TITLE "Nicht"
  }
}
FILE "/home/tina/music/9_lieder/9_lieder.wav"  01:41:68 01:42:05
START 00:05:40

[...]
