[linux-audio-user] How to enable 88.1KHz and above sampling rate on HDSP/Multiface+Jack?

For the HDSP 9652 you can switch to 88.2/96KHz operation using
hdspconf. After hdspconf has made the switch you can then run Jack at
those frequencies.
