Hello all,

I have what might seem like a silly question, but I really want to go to LAC this year (every LAC is such a blast and really brings me tons of creative energy).

In the past couple of years, I have found out I have celiac disease, meaning I can't eat any gluten at all, or risk major health problems.

So, my question is: are there any gluten-free kitchens in Lyon? And also, does anyone here have any other ideas when it comes to traveling to places that don't have gluten free kitchens what kinds of things I can do to make sure I eat well? When it comes to traveling within my country, I can pack a cooler and take prepped meals, but when it comes to international travel, I don't have any idea what to do, and I don't come from a family who traveled a lot.

My wife found this some time ago on TripAdvisor. We haven't been to Lyon
so I can't vouch for that but it worked for other dietary restrictions
(vegan, vegetarian) in a couple of cities in Europe.
