You can disable it by setting the value of sched_rt_runtime_us to -1: echo -n -1 | sudo tee /proc/sys/kernel/sched_rt_runtime_usHaven't dealt with this myself so it's a long shot. But I did come across reports where users got the ability of setting rtprio back after disabling sched_rt_runtime_us.
