I knew about TSN but I did not know there are other chipsets that support it.

There are others, you have to check the specs to make sure.
Several years ago the use cases were increased from just audio/video, so
the name was changed from Audio/Video Bridging (AVB) to Time Sensitive
Networking (TSN).  Look for either AVB or TSN supported in the specs for
the network controller and that should indicate it can work.
