Then some good advise: in terms of software and workflow don't look too closely at what I'm doing. It's rather unorthodox in terms of tools and thus - to some extent - in terms of workflow. You will find a lot of good work, setups, tools and workflow here though. If it isn't spelled out directly, you can always ask and people will be happy to talk.
