Now that's the top linit for the KA6, but I'm wondering if an interface that
samples at 192kHz would give me an 80kHz bandwidth - if so that would be more
than good enough for straightforward Audio testing.

Ready for some extrahours at work?

RME ADI 2 Pro analog Inputs:

• @ 44,1 kHz, -0,1 dB: 5 Hz - 20.5 kHz
• @ 96 kHz, -0,5 dB: 3 Hz - 45,5 kHz
• @ 192 kHz, -1 dB: 2 Hz - 92,7 kHz
• @ 384 kHz, -1 dB: < 1 Hz - 124 kHz
• @ 768 kHz, -3 dB: < 1 Hz - 180 kHz

Also The (old) Lynx L22 states an " 10Hz - 92 kHz @ 200 kHz sample rate" in its manual, however not specifying the rolloff and delivering more details only for your usual 22kHz.

I do believe however to remember having seen this specified once, being not too bad values, that's why I had it on my ebay watchlist, but for sure its successor, the E22, does not make that claim any more.
