I suspect that if jackd2 is installed, you can't "reconfigure"
jackd1 ;).

However, those real-time settings are all that's needed to get jack
working. That's why I mentioned that pulseaudio _likely_ could be an
issue for users not _familiar_ with Linux audio and Linux desktops.
