My bad "center" frequency vs "start" frequency.

It's not that easy as I pointed mistakenly out. There's a shift, it's
not just a middle frequency +/- n dB. You've got a start frequency, so
in the first place, it only gains or reduced frequencies to one side.
However, if you move the start frequency to the appropriate location,
there quasi is center frequency. I could explain better in German ;).
