I used different versions of the Prophet 5, they all provided a stable tuning. And again, all the later build synth, from Oberheim, Korg etc. didn't suffer from tuning issues at all. That even some monophonic Moogs don't provide a stable tuning, is an exception among the vintage analog synth. That people nowadays like different sounds, than vintage sounds, doesn't mean that vintage synth aren't able to produce the modern sounds.
