Dear all, I am an absolute audio noob, not so much with Linux in general... I am about to take over audio recording of speeches, which is currently done via a Yamaha mg166c-usb, and WaveLab on a Windows machine. As I won't have access to that computer, I am thinking of using Audacity on Linux. My concern: How does Linux deal with the Mixer? Has anyone run the USB-port with a Linux machine? Thanks a bunch!
