The picture you have drawn violates the very first requirement of
sampling, namely that the input is bandwidth limited to less than half of
the sampling rate.

Switching arguments between sample rate and bit depth, along with
providing an example which violates the first requirement of discrete time
sampling indicates that you did not understand the presentation.  Perhaps
watch it again.
