Oboe is always nice. Reminds me of the French band Noetra. The ambient sounds are IMHO a bit too loud, takes too much place. At around 2:50 and later some sampled sounds of what could be children are used as percussive elements which, again IMHO, disrupts the integrity of the purpose of having urban ambiance elements.
