There is still (and always has been) a lot modal behavior in
qjackctl - like being unable to do some things unless you first
close another window. It would be a good thing (TM) to get rid
of all of that.
hi, starting from qjackctl >= 0.3.12.6, as of today's git master/head
that is, the Setup dialog is now fully "modeless".
being formerly modal as ever since, for a dozen years now, it has been
the source of most if not all of the above complained "modality" :)
