[linux-audio-user] usb midi

Hi Clemens,

Just some added information. We connected a Kurzweil
K2000R to the 8x8 port 7 and are able to control
information going to that device. So the routing
aspects are working. It's just the /dev/snd/midiC1D0
file that's not happening.
