He claimed it was a standard blues riff - yeh, right. With four of the five members of T Rex now dead, I guess their estates didn't have the money to mount a legal challenge. I suppose that's what intellectual property is all about - if you can afford a team of lawyers, then you've got those rights. Cheers Daniel
