Hi, I've worked with Mara Helmuth on a Soundmesh project (formerly known as Internet Sound Exchange). It utilizes hacked version of RTcmix and our added netplay functionality. I've also built visual front-end in Qt (my part was Linux port). I've been meaning to post it on my website, but been too busy lately working on RTMix :-) (which now also utilizes OSC protocol and acts as a MIDI server, router, as well as network server for up to 256 of other RTMix clients -- this one is already available on my site if you want to look at it, but the version posted there still doesn't have OSC implemented; I will post it as soon as I iron a couple of bugs out). If you want to look at it [Soundmesh] I will post it as soon as possible. It is basically a protocol of sending uncompressed audio data via network in order to utilize fast university Internet2 connections (so this might not be very usable for non-LAN settings in home environments). Past experiences enabled us to have live improve sessions at CD-quality between ourselves, east, and west coast colleges (Columbia, CCM, someone in LA, can't remember who etc.). Apologies for garbled message, don't have the time to proofread it :-). Anyhow, hope this might help!
