The problem is he has been communicted with and people have used hte audacity help list after buyng his product. He is not changing any code and does distribute it. (He just manipulates the screen shots). My beef is that he outright lies about his commitment to the audacity team. He says he has the consent and that he is contributing back. Surely that is false advertising. Anyway there are things being done to combat the problem but it takes a bit of extra time and effort.
