- Drop attempts to call drm_bridge_attach with 0 flags, require that
downstream bridges support DRM_BRIDGE_ATTACH_NO_CONNECTOR
- Acquire next bridge during dsi_bind, making sure that it doesn't cause
-EPROBE_DEFER later during modeset_init.
