This doesn't scale and is very error-prone, please enumerate the
entries and assign it using the enumerator, like:

enum {
	VDEC_FORMAT_FOO,
	...
};

... vdec_formats[] = {
	[VDEC_FORMAT_FOO] = { foo, bar, baz }
}
