pci-qcom vs kexec?

afaict pci (on ifc6410, not sure if pci changes on newer devices) is
having problems with kexec.  Which is rather inconvenient as pci is
required for ethernet..

Not sure if anyone has any ideas/hints.  What I get w/ kexec kernel is:
