Hi guys, If you could help with this I would be very grateful. In my /var/log/messages log I get LOTS like the following: Nov 19 22:39:40 pidgeme-vps ./hAJMdew31977 root@localhost: DATA[31977]: Lost bandwidth data: 0 in 216 out Nov 19 22:39:40 pidgeme-vps ./hAJMdew31977 root@localhost: DATA[31977]: Lost bandwidth data: 402 in 68 out Nov 19 22:39:40 pidgeme-vps sendmail[31976]: Lost bandwidth data: 82 in 306 out Nov 19 22:39:54 pidgeme-vps sendmail[31985]: Unable to flush bandwidth using old remote address 0320cc3e. I believe this is what is causing my Load Average to spike up from the 0.1 range to between 5-10. Eventually it will spike to 60-80 and crash my system. I previously had a problem with lots of "lost bandwidth data" messages from httpdmon in my /var/log/httpd/error_log file. I am running Redhat Linux 7.something Sendmail 8.11.6/8.11.6 Apache 1.3.19 I've tried /etc/init.d/bandwidth_monitor stop and it did stop sucessfully which seemed to allieviate the problem in the http/error_log. I can't stop sendmail though!!
