Hi Marc, Thanks for your quick reply. This machine is NOT an original IBM PC/XT, it is a cheap Taiwan made clone from 1986, very popular Turbo XT. Using simple Willem programmer I managed to dump its BIOS to a file (attached xt-rom.BIN file, 8192 bytes).
