I had to change a timeout in efaxio.c so that efax works.

However I can't get wvdialconf to work. It says no modem detected. This
is unlike with my 536EP modem. Also I did not need to change the timeout
in efax when I tested it on my side. My belief is that there again is a
too short timeout problem with wvdialconf.
It almost 4AM here. I shall go to bed. Can you keep your computer up for
the night ? I shall work again onto tomorrow noon French time.
