Nikolay,

Please send to the List not directly to me, as others have more
experience with the 11c10440 modem.
The problem with hanging is common, sometimes there is a work around
sometimes not.
But with your:

Modem interrupt assignment and sharing:
 46:        544        537   PCI-MSI-edge      hda_intel
----------
the first thing to try is to unload/stop functions which are sharing
the same interrupt.  For ARCH Linux, I can't advise how to thus
proceed.

I'm starting a road trip now and won't be back onto the PM.
