Alexander,

Good job! You are almost set. The wvdial.conf file you have you need
to apply this part:

Then edit /etc/wvdial.conf  with:
  sudo gedit /etc/wvdial.conf
 at the lines beginning with ; and deleting the ; < > "
 Then try a dialout with:
  sudo wvdial

Remove the "<" and ">" that you have
here:

Username = <alex.ochoa>
 Init1 = ATZ
 Password = <micontraseña>

For this don't worry

I am worry about the result of the agrsm-test result, I am talking about:

 WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/options, it
will be ignored in a future release.
 WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/options, it
will be ignored in a future release.
 WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/options, it
will be ignored in a future release.
 Loading drivers:
 WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/options, it
will be ignored in a future release.
 WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/options, it
will be ignored in a future release.
 WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/options, it
will be ignored in a future release.

Because the modprobe.conf has been depracated, now you need the files
be put into
/etc/modprobe.d/???? instead of modprobe.conf

About the daltone:

NO DIALTONE
 --> No dial tone.

If you pick up phone line, do yoi hear DIALTONE before dialing?

Second: Everytime I shutdown the PC I have to run everything from the begining.

Also automation is advised against because the machine may become
unresponsiive/freeze at bootup, it can be done, but you will be at
your own risk. You can use a quick and dirty solution, you can
automate using rc.agr_softmodem with /.etc/init.d/ scripts, or setup a
script which does the dirty work, i.e,

#!/bin/sh
#
sudo modprobe agrmodem
sudo modprobe agrserial

save it like connect, then do a
$ chmod +x connect
$ sudo ./connect
$ sudo wvdial

But YMMV, and this depends on the modem and the drivers.

Regards,

Antonio
