Jan, There are several Users having success with this software with the 11c1:0620 chipset for ordinary dialout service, through none to my knowledge have tried faxing commands. This on your System: ------------------------------- Jun 27 15:27:45 linux-vp12 kernel: [ 147.026985] Modules linked in: agrserial agrmodem(P) edd ipv6 af_packet loop dm_mod snd_intel8x0 snd_ac97_codec ac97_bus snd_pcm snd_timer snd iTCO_wdt ppdev 3c59x iTCO_vendor_support soundcore parport_pc i2c_i801 shpchp processor thermal dcdbas usb_storage snd_page_alloc parport i2c_core intel_rng thermal_sys pci_hotplug sg button floppy sr_mod pcspkr cdrom intel_agp hwmon ata_generic ata_piix ahci uhci_hcd rtc_cmos rtc_core ehci_hcd libata rtc_lib reiserfs [last unloaded: speedstep_lib] --------------------------------- is certainly a severe problem. I suggest you first test with some dialout testing, so we can assess whether the problem is general of fax specific. Hugo is expert with this modem and may be able to run some fax tests.
