Please send to the List, not directly to me.

Run:
$ sudo hsfconfig --help
$ sudo hsfconfig --diagnose
or similar, which will write a file to the /tmp/ folder
Send it to  thie List and "Support (Jonathan)" <support@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
who is the expert on these modems.
