Rami, "Support (Jonathan)" <support@xxxxxxxxxxxx> is the expert on the hsfmodem software supporting Conexant modems. Do $ sudo hsfconfig --help $ sudo hsfconfig --diagnose which will write a diagnostic output into the /tmp/ folder. Send that file to Jonathan, with a clear description of your problems.
