Add these numbers to /etc/resolv.conf :

$ sudo gedit /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 124.195.15.98
nameserver 114.5.5.5

and try to browse.  You should succeed.  Now if when you attempt to
connect again, and you get different numbers, change them to match the
ones you got in the connection.  There was a little hack/trick that I
can't remember if it will work in your case
$ sudo cp /etc/wvdial/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf
when the numbers change everytime, since there is a bug in wvdial that
has not been fixed when one uses AutoDNS = yes.  We have to apply to
these tricks to get working connection(s).
