Arturo, For the time being, stick to the old releases pre 2.6.31. There has been no input from original slmodem-2.9.11-200XYYZZ.tar.gz code original writer Sasha K. There have been several volunteers trying their best to make the modem function, but have failed. It is best to wait and see, but use older kernels.
