Juan, If you pick up the phone, do you hear a busy signal? If you don't then try changing the settings, i.e, add X3 +MS=90 or +MS=34 to see if you can get a connection? do this to your /etc/wvdial.conf file, the INIT strings: From ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0 to ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 X3 &C1 &D2 +MS=90 and see what happens?
