There are several devices trying to use IRQ 11. * In your BIOS, check that Plug and Play (PnP) OS is turned off. * If there is a BIOS setting to assign IRQ's to onboard devices, do so there. * The modem card itself may have a jumper to set the IRQ. * Changing PCI slots can reorder the IRQ numbers. * There may be a windows program to change the card's hardware settings. It would have come with the card or could be downloaded from a windows driver archive.
