It was not :( there is a ^C which implies CTRL + C. I was thinking maybe wvdialconf did not find the modem, in which case tell it directly that it needs the /dev/ttySL0 as the device, but let us see if he leaves it running and opening another terminal/tab and see if wvdialconf finds the modem?
