Yes, SIL27 and SIL21 for the same:
Primary device ID:  1106:3068
    Subsystem PCI_id  1071:7321
Though rare, there are cases like this.  Probably the modem assembler
just changed/hacked the Subsystem firmware designation ffrom SIL21 ->
SIL27 (or vice versa) to specify the desired Agere or Pctel software
under Microsoft.

Of course under Linux, there is no functionality difference
The ALSA driver snd-via82xx-modem + smart helper slmodemd provides
function regardless.

If you find other cases not represented in scanModem,
it would suffice to send just the dataset like:
Primary device ID:  1106:3068
  Subsystem PCI_id  1071:7321
   Codec (like SIL24, BCM64,  CXT23  etc)
