Daniel,

If you have an available connection to the internet, you may run
# yum install dkms
or otherwise look it up in several mirrors/and/or koji packages.  Then
you may download the agrm-? rpm

http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/11c11040/agrsm-tools-0.0.1-2.noarch.rpm
and/or
http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/11c11040/dkms-agrsm-2.1.80-2mdv2009.0.i586.rpm
as well and try to use dkms to install the packages.

NOTE:
The dkms-agrsm and agrsm-tools packages may fail to install on kernels
>= 2.6.27 which has been reported before :(
