there is no driver package exactly matching your kernel 2.6.22.9-91.fc7
You might install a kernel package matching one of those driver packages.
Then the cogent hsfmodem driver package  could be used.

Otherwise compiling is necessary  But first  packages must be
installed, providing:
       gcc-4.1, make, and kernel-source-2.6.22.9-91.fc7

Then from http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/full/downloads.php  get
the code resource near the bottom of the page:

hsfmodem-7.80.02.04full-1.i386.rpm.zip
