Dear Tapan,

Our last test will be with 8250.nr_uarts=1 for your kernel boot
parameters in /etc/grub/grub.conf, if you haven't already done so.
Then you reboot, you retry once the $ stty -F /dev/modem -a and
afterwards you send me your /var/log/messages.
