RE: CONNECT 53333 V42bis
 53333  is a Good CONNECT speed.
But the Vnm compression is negotiated between your Internel Provider
(IP) and your modem.  Many IPs are using V90 or V92 compression
protocols.  So the slowness seems to be due to the negotiated V42bis.
 It is not obvious how we could further help.
