hi, I have problem with USB ADSL modem.It is not detected in ubuntu
9.04. This is first time i am using linux. kindly help me on how i
should solve this problem. following is the log:

 The patch utility is needed and is needed for compiling ALSA drivers,

 When compiling ALSA drivers, the utility "patch" will also be needed.




If a driver compilation fails, with message including some lack of
some FileName.h (stdio.h for example), then
