Sadly,

Support of the chipset
  1543:3052   Modem: SILICON Laboratories Intel
537 [Winmodem] has not yet been achieved under Linux.

The best hope is to try from
 http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/intel/Philippe.Vouters/  the
intel-5337EP_secure-2.60.80.0_2009_02_08.tar.bz2
to be unpacked under Linux with:
$ tar jxf 53*.tar.bz2

We will try to assist.
