DurgaDas,

One of the modems should just work as is:

Predictive diagnostics for card in bus 001:
	Modem chipset  detected on
SLOT="Bus 001 Device 005:"
NAME=" "
bus=001
USBmodemID=15eb:0001
IDENT=usbserial
Driver=usbserial

For a detailed USB cellphone usage report, see
http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/bigarch/archive-eighth/msg03240.html
 For candidate modem in:  001

      Primary device ID:  15eb:0001
 Support type needed or chipset:	usbserial

Please do the following:
Run

$ sudo wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf

it will scan and should find a device like /dev/ttyUSB? or similar.
Edit the file with an editor using sudo like
$ sudo gedit /etc/wvdial.conf
and remove the ";" and add your username, password and phone number to dial.
Report back presently.

Regards,

Antonio
