Sorry, I did not mention, full name for the package I used is
agrsm-ubuntu8.04.1-2.6.24-19-generic.tar.gz and it only copying modular
modem drivers agrmodem.ko+agrserial.ko and snd-hda-intel.ko to system.
There are no any of Your above mentioned files.
Also I try to replace
Device=/dev/modem with Device=/dev/ttyAGS3 in
/home/terse/.kde/share/config/kppprc, but modem testing/querry provide
warning:
Cannot create lock-file for modem,
so the only solution is to create permanent simlink /dev/ttyAGS3 ->
/dev/ modem.
