Masoud,

Get the package:

http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/smartlink/Ubuntu/slamr-2.6.27-7-generic.tar.gz

Fire up a terminal and 
extract it with
$ tar -zxvf slamr-2.6.27-7-generic.tar.gz 
$ cd slamr*
$ sudo ./setup

should set it up for you.
