Try Here: [root@localhost ungrab-winmodem-20070505]# [root@localhost ungrab-winmodem-20070505]# cd ~ [root@localhost ~]# /usr/sbin/slmodemd --country=USA /dev/slamr0 error: mdm setup: cannot open dev `/dev/slamr0': No such device error: cannot setup device `/dev/slamr0' [root@localhost ~]# type exit and then you get back to $ then $ su - password: # modprobe ungrab-winmodem # modprobe slamr then do # /usr/sbin/slmodemd --country=USA /dev/slamr0 You should get it working.
