Below is a /etc/wvdial.conf    format that works for me.
For the 3rd line, first try the +MS=34, which is most tolerant of noisy lines.
In you can connect, progressive test  +MS=90,  The default is +MS=92,
which is poorly handled by some IPs

[Dialer Defaults]
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +MS=34
Modem Type = Analog Modem
Baud = 460800
New PPPD = yes
Modem = /dev/ttySM0
ISDN = 0
Phone = 3015560020

Username = LoginName@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Carrier Check = no
